Innovative and Alternative Education programs are designed as smaller, personalized learning environments for all students.

  • We offer many different types of programs with many sites throughout Madison.
  • We offer two different types of programs: programs that are focused on earning credits or Diploma Completion. Both provide an opportunity for students to work towards a MMSD diploma.
  • We recognize that every student has their own path to success, with their own strength and needs. We are here to assist you along your journey.
  • We focus on your next steps, whether it is continuing your education or getting a job. We are determined to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge necessary to truly succeed at what you want to do.
  • With our small class sizes, teachers can truly get to know you. As a collection of programs, we are able to offer additional services through our shared Social Worker, Counselor, Nurse and Psychologist. As a team, we work together to fully support you.

Please take an opportunity to look through our website at the many programs that are available.
